Swedish Mission Council (SMC)

SMC is a platform of churches and organisations who believe in human rights and work for dignity for all. Their network contributes to building peaceful, equal and sustainable societies.

SMC funds the consortium project currently undertaken by IAS Kenya, The Salvation Army and Children’s Mission Africa in Hola and Wamba communities from 2021-2023.

Skandinaviska Barnmissionen (Children’s Mission Sweden)

Skandinaviska Barnmissionen, otherwise known as Children’s Mission Sweden, is a development organisation based in Sweden. The CM mission is a world where all people can live a dignified life. To do this, CM has partners across Asia and Africa working in the sectors of education, health and wellbeing, development and entrepreneurship, humanitarian work and advocacy.  CM is the mother organisation to CMA, K4R Secretariat.

CMA is the secretariat Kenya4Resilience Community of Practice and Consortium housing the K4R office within the organisation.
