Allan Mbole, Programmme Manager, Kenya4Resilience Consortium (K4RC)

Allan has nine years program management and leadership experience in climate change adaptation and mitigation, gender and youth development, emergency response and capacity strengthening for linking climate change, agriculture and food security, crop-livestock integration, natural resources management and partnership development. Prior to Joining K4RC/CMA, he has worked for Food for the Hungry as a Livelihoods and Food security Coordinator, Program Officer for Church World Service Africa and Field Technical Officer for Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security at International Livestock Research Institute.

Allan is currently enrolled for a Master of Science degree in Agroecosystems and Environment at University of Nairobi, an advanced diploma in project planning and management at Kenya Institute of Management and he possesses a bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from  Kenyatta University.

Paul Mnang’at, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer, Kenya4Resilience Consortium (K4RC)

Paul Mnang’at is a young, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual. He has over six-years’ experience and commendable performance in programmatic affairs, project management, design, proposal development, lobbying, community mobilization, capacity building, advocacy, reporting, lesson- sharing plus youth & women engagement.

Paul Mnang’at comes from a rural pastoral community and aspires for families of this largely marginalized population to live lives in dignity. He is also passion about poverty eradication and advocates for promotion of education for all.

Paul Mnang’at is married and blessed with two children. 

Paul hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi.

Solomon Kiplimo, Financial Monitoring Officer (FMO), Kenya4Resilience Consortium (K4RC)

Prior to joining Children’s Mission Africa (CMA), CPA Solomon worked at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Pharma GmbH as a Finance Analyst (P2P&O2C) where he was proactively involved in the implementation of SAP ERP software, Tax analysis, Management Monitoring Audits and management of Inter-company activities.

He had also worked as a Finance Associate, Accounts Payables Accountant and Sales & AR
Accountant for African Economic Research Consortium(AERC) and Population Services, Kenya (PS Kenya) Formerly Population Services International(PSI) respectively.

Solomon holds a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) in Accounting and Business Finance from San Juan de la Cruz University, Costa Rica and a Diploma in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Advance Learning Interactive Systems Online(Alison), Ireland.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) through Strathmore University, Kenya , a member of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He is passionate about developing Internal controls and researching on Moral
Philosophy, Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Pauline Madiro, Coordinator, Kenya4Resilience (K4R) Community of Practice (CoP)

A seasoned project management specialist with a strategic mindset focused on the improvement of the wellbeing of children, their families and communities. Pauline brings in a diverse programmatic work experience having worked with multiple international Non-Governmental organizations such as the Kenya Red-Cross Society (KRCS), Africa Medical Research Foundation (Amref), World Vision
–Kenya (WVK) among others.

She has an Education background in Public Health (MPH) from Kenyatta University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Moi University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Foods Nutrition and Dietetics from Kenyatta University.

Pauline Madiro’s favorite verse is Ecclesiastes 3:11. “He has made everything beautiful in its time.”
